Unused units can be refunded.
There is no subscription or automatic renewal to cancel.
Refund amount
Whole unused paid units are refunded pro rata at RUB 99.80 each. Only actual, documented expenses attributable to the individual consumer may be deducted where Russian consumer law permits it.
Delivered services
A completed review or assembly plan is not an unused unit. This does not limit mandatory remedies for a defective service or an incorrect charge.
Requesting a refund
Use the channel on the Support page from your account email and include the payment date. Never send card details, an SMS code, password, or session cookie. Approved refunds go through YooKassa to the original payment method.
Account deletion
Deleting an account does not end a claim for an unused balance. Keep the payment date before deletion; minimum payment records remain with the provider for the mandatory retention period.
